1.0. I, Juliana Key (the artist):1.1. I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.1.2. I will only accept commission payments either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.1.3. I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.1.4. I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.1.5. I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.1.6. I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.2.0. You (the customer/commissioner):**2.1. Are NO LONGER eligible for a refund once the final sketch sample has been approved by both parties involved (you, the customer/commissioner, and I, the artist (Juliana Key.)2.2. You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.2.3. You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.)2.4. You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.2.5. You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).2.6. You are not elligible for a refund if the artwork is "taking too long." A single piece can take anywhere from a week to a month, and I, the artist am not liable if I exceed that time, unless a mutual agreement has been made between both parties involved.2.7. You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes. The license to the commissioned artwork may be purchased at any point upon mutual agreement, contact me for info.[email protected].
